Some Considerations
If you plan to open your own practice in the next two years, that’s understandable, however please don’t apply or join us. We want therapists to commit being with us for 2 years so we can really build community and experience the benefits of consistent and regular consultation together.
Group practices are good fits for employees who who want a more communal and business support than what solo practice offers, and/or who are willing to give a portion of their insurance reimbursement to the group to take care of insurance verification, insurance claim filing, legal, marketing, advertising, business, and administrative requirements that operating a therapy practice requires.
