New Client Openings - Contact

Deborah believes healing happens when people feel safe, understood, and connected to both themselves and others. She takes a warm, collaborative, and holistic approach to therapy, helping clients move beyond survival mode and build lives that feel more grounded, meaningful, and fulfilling. She has a particular passion for supporting people who feel stuck in cycles of worry, perfectionism, or self-doubt and want to reconnect with themselves through evidence-based, mind-body approaches.

As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), Deborah brings a unique understanding of the connection between the mind and body into her work. She thoughtfully incorporates mindfulness, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and body-based awareness when appropriate, helping clients better understand how stress and trauma can be held in the body. Her goal is to help clients cultivate greater resilience, self-compassion, and emotional balance while developing practical tools they can use in everyday life.

Deborah works with clients experiencing:

    • Anxiety and chronic stress

    • Trauma and PTSD

    • Life transitions

    • Depression

    • Emotional overwhelm and burnout

    • Substance use and recovery

    • Low self-esteem

    • Perfectionism

Deborah earned her Masters in Social Work from East Carolina University. Her clinical experience includes providing individual and group therapy in both Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) settings, where she has worked with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and other mental health concerns.
