Jessica is a Licensed Psychologist Associate and Postdoctoral Fellow at MBTW. She specializes in the intersection between trauma, attachment, emotional and physical health. She takes an integrative, holistic, relational, trauma-informed, and culturally-sensitive approach. She is bilingual and can offer services in Spanish.

Jessica works with clients experiencing:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Trauma, PTSD, and complex PTSD

  • Interpersonal issues and relationships

  • Body image concerns

  • Disordered eating

  • Chronic illness, cancer and other medical issues

  • Functional GI disorders or disorders of gut-brain interaction (i.e., IBS)

Jessica will receive her PhD in Clinical Psychology from University of North Carolina- Greensboro in August of 2026 and completed her Pre-doctoral Internship at Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System, specializing in trauma recovery and behavioral medicine (chronic pain, oncology).
