Deborah is both a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate (LCSWA) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCASA).

If you feel stuck in cycles of worry, perfectionism, or self-doubt and want to reconnect with yourself, I am here to help with evidence-based, mind-body approaches. Whether you’re navigating anxiety or life transitions, recovering from difficult experiences, exploring your relationship with substances or other coping patterns that no longer serve you, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, our work together is an invitation to cultivate greater self-compassion, authenticity, and resilience.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapies. As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), I thoughtfully integrate principles from yoga philosophy by incorporating mindfulness, breathwork, and mind-body awareness to support nervous system regulation and relaxation.

Therapy Style

I believe healing happens when you feel safe, understood, and connected to both themselves and others. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can feel seen, respected, and empowered. I will work with you to help uncover your inherent strengths, deepen self-understanding, and build the tools needed to move towards the life you desire. Above all, my goal is to offer an opportunity for you to gently return home to your true self.e.
